Brownstone Poets Will No Longer Have Readings on Tuesday!

Dear Poets and Friends,

After several years, I’m sorry to report that I must discontinue all Brownstone Poets Third Tuesday Readings at Café Dada.  Due to increased responsibilities at work and the uncomfortable ambiance and pricey food at this café, curating has become way too difficult.

But we did have good fun and poetry at The Fall Café, Tillie’s of Brooklyn, Linger Café, and Café Dada, and poetry will continue to grow in Brooklyn Heights with the First Saturday Readings at Park Plaza Restaurant.  This restaurant/diner offers great food at affordable prices and the beautiful back room is perfect for a reading.

Come to the Heights on Saturday, October 4 at 2:30 p.m. for an afternoon with Michael Broder and Richard Loranger and a fantastic open!

The series will shut down for a holiday hiatus from November thru January.  Will keep everyone posted on the Brownstone Poets 2014 Anthology Reading coming to Park Plaza Restaurant and Barnes & Noble Park Slope early in 2015.

Will get in touch with all 2014 featured poets and series supporters for the 2015 Anthology in November.  Info to come . . .

Poetically Yours,

Patricia Carragon
